Just like cars, audio/visual systems are in need of calibration and maintenance.  Imagine how your vehicle would run if you never rotated the tires, changed the oil, tuned the engine or obtained service for broken parts.  Just like any machine, your system will need to be tuned to achieve optimum performance in the setting in which it is placed.  We provide both audio and video calibration services to achieve the greatest impact your system can provide.  After all, you didn't pay thousands of dollars for your system to perform at a mediocre level.

So what is video calibration?

Have you ever gone to an electronics store, looked at the rows and rows of HDTV's, and wondered why each display looks different?  Some may have more vibrant colors while others may just be brighter than the HDTV next to it.  The reason is because manufacturer's of TV's learned long ago that brightness is what sells a TV!   They learned that consumers are inherently drawn to the brightest display.  Unfortunately, what is often the case is that the brightest TV's are the ones most  in need of calibration.   In reality, every display should look virtually the same in both color representation and brightness. 
 
What we do is calibrate your display to the correct color temperature, brightness, contrast and color tracking using sophisticated testing equipment and menus not available to the general consumer. 

How does this benefit me?

• Corrects the grey scale to the proper color temperature of 6500 K which is the correct color temperature of white.
  
  Subtle details will appear that you may have missed due to improper color tracking and electronic rubbish.
  
  Calibration will often lengthen the life of your display, and save energy!
  
  Black and white will be more dynamic!
  
  Flesh tones will be much more natural and will lose than "sunburned" appearance.
  
  Colors will also be much more natural in appearance.
